Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stage, an AI virtual staging service operated by 360virtual-tour.com ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Stage lets you upload photos of rooms and generate AI-modified versions with furniture and decor added, removed, or restaged. Generations are billed against a credit balance that you purchase in advance.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per generation, at the rate shown at time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate an image. Unused credit purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion — contact us to request one.
• We may change credit pricing going forward; existing credit balances are unaffected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos you don't have the right to use or that infringe someone else's copyright or privacy
• Generate or attempt to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or intended to defraud a buyer, tenant, or third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law

5. Virtual Staging Disclosure

Images generated by the Service are AI-modified and do not represent the physical condition of a property. Many real estate marketing standards and local regulations require listings to clearly disclose when photos have been virtually staged. You are solely responsible for complying with any disclosure requirements that apply in your market when using generated images in property listings or marketing materials.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it through the Service solely to generate your requested output.

You own the generated images produced from your uploads and may use them for your own purposes, including commercial real estate marketing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated results can vary in quality and accuracy, and we don't guarantee that any generation will meet your expectations. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to real estate transactions or marketing decisions based on generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
